Meet the team

Who writes these comparisons

Three people work on every guide: one editor who builds the comparison sheet, a supplement researcher who checks every dose and interaction claim against published studies, and a coach who covers workout and recovery products. Nobody publishes their own review unchecked.

Our standing rules
No brand sees a guide before it publishes, and no placement is for sale. A dose or interaction claim never ships without a second reviewer signing off. This site is educational, not medical advice. We are not doctors.

How we work Full methodology ›

We do not run a lab. What we do is read every Supplement Facts panel and certificate of analysis in a category, put the numbers in the same units, and have a second reviewer check the dose and interaction claims against published research before publication.

Step 1 Sweep the category Every current product with a readable Supplement Facts panel goes into the sheet, not just the popular ones.
Step 2 Normalize the numbers Active nutrient per serving and per dollar, so labels stop being able to hide behind serving sizes.
Step 3 Check the certificates USP, NSF, and third-party test results are noted per lot where published, and flagged where they are not.
Step 4 Second review A researcher on the team checks every dose, interaction, and safety claim against published literature before publication.
